I wonder how the original 40kWh Model S’s are doing. If they too were affected by this update then their cars are pretty much a fancy giant paperweight.

When I called Tesla to complain they said my battery had a CAC 217 whatever that meant that my battery was on par with all similar 85pks
Looks like Tesla has removed/altered the warranty info off my account. It only has a link to the "new warranty" and not my original warranty.
Edit: added screenshot
This was discussed in a different Thread and reported by other owners as well. The Tesla defenders explained it as a website coding glitch
Yeah I remember seeing that, once again they have changed it since that last change. So they are definitely hearing about it or following threads.
I am mistaken or did the 40kwh not have any access to supercharging?I wonder how the original 40kWh Model S’s are doing. If they too were affected by this update then their cars are pretty much a fancy giant paperweight.

If so they are less likely to have any capping.
Sorry if this was posted before, but while looking at Tesla Battery diagnostics – Teslalogger Preview – EMDS, I noticed that they shared on the video their battery statistics and briefly mentioned being capped. That starts at around the 6:55 time in the video
Yep you’re right, they didn’t get supercharging.I am mistaken or did the 40kwh not have any access to supercharging?

I also just remembered those 40kWh were actually 60s... I could be wrong. But I think I remember them being 60kwh batteries

It's not just batterygated cars that can't preheat the battery via the app, it's EVERY car. Many threads on it.
