I really wanted to thank Flyguy0313 and BluStu for posting updates. I am driving my son to Purdue on Saturday did anyone say whether it would be ready by then?

Just based on the pics, there's pretty much no way it will be ready by Saturday.

Update this morning. 2 super chargers installed. No cables installed, just the bases, but progress nonetheless.

0% they are ready in 3 days.

I'd suggest stopping at Sweetwater's destination charger or finding someone on Plugshare. I am sure it would be easy to kill a couple hours at Sweetwater but nothing beats a supercharger. Or stay North and use the supercharger in Angola.

The guys seemed to think that it wouldn't be ready for another week or two. The gentlemen I talked to were just construction workers to install the cabinets and all that. The electrician still has to come and connect everything. Then I'm pretty sure someone from the utility company has to come sign off on the work before it's turned on.

Bollards are all in place. No cables yet. I agree with 0% chance of being ready this weekend. They keep making progress, just not that fast.

No word on open date yet. Actually coincidentally I just had my annual service Appt and some warranty items repaired by Nathan the FW Ranger (see my Fort Wayne Mobile Service post) and he doesn't have any insight either.

Once we get word it is open we can plan something.

Just drove by yesterday afternoon...still orange fencing around all of the chargers.

Swung by yesterday - they're building the barrier around the transformers now. I expect there's a permit or two that still needs to be issued but it looks like we're in the final stretch.

Just stopped by. Fence looks almost done and they hauled off the storage trailer. Tesla only signs are up. I'd guess this weekend.

The transformer just arrived. Happened to be leaving Meijer when I saw it pull in.

Transformer is in place and there is a meter. It is still dark. Hopefully they turn on the power soon.
