Tesla's map which just got updated a day ago to show new targeted opening dates for superchargers now shows Q2 of next year (i.e. 2022) for Maple Grove. So, I'd guess that there was either a misunderstanding or miscommunication somewhere along the line and you ended up with the wrong year. I don't think there's any chance of this location opening in a few weeks. Happy to be proved wrong though, so anyone who is in the area, swing by and see if there's supercharger construction in the parking lot.
At this point, it is just an abstract pin on a map. Tesla usually places the pin where the town's name is usually pinned. It is more important to look for common locations where superchargers are installed in your area. e.g., Hy-Vee, Kum-and-Go, Target, etc. Stalk those places for signs. If Maple Grove has its building permits and processes online, search for indicators of charging installations and look for requests by the common companies that do the installation in the area. The applications rarely say Tesla explicitly...you have to infer it from charging speeds, numbers of stalls, who is installing, etc.
No evidence of any work or even any marking flags.
I am in Plymouth too. My MYLR does not come until January. I am in the process of getting quotes for getting a Nema 14-50 socket installed.
I parked in one of the pictured spots earlier today- they replaced the drive up signs with fancier ones. I didn't see any supercharger activity.
I live on the other side of town but have family and a bunch of friends near there and visit often.
