Below is a screenshot of the PDF that Marco posted with the permitting info.

Summary in cleartext:

4321 Lassiter at North Hills Ave
install 3 Tesla V3 cabinets
install 12 Tesla charging posts
permit issued 10-May-2022
contractor: Impulse Electrical Services

So, to be clear, this is in the exact same location as the existing supercharging site that opened in Nov 2017?

Since you ended this statement with a question mark I'm going to assume this is a question and not a statement.

Yes, it appears to be an add on to the existing site, pictures were attached above too. There is plenty of parking around for more stalls it looks like also.

@corywright can you link to this thread from the supercharge.info website instead of the other for the link (New Superchargers Proposed in Greensboro and Raleigh, NC)

I stopped by yesterday and charged. The Lassiter Mill entrance that I assume most people go in is closed due to other contruction of North Hills. Progress looks to be moving fast for the expansion of this SuC. I spoke with 1 of the workers who said they plan to be done in a week (Superchargers pedestals) but then would still be waiting for the High Voltage power stuff (No ETA). They did keep the Eaton level 2 charging inbetween the old and new ones which may help with the delineation between the old v2 and new v3.

Level 2 Chargers still in place:
