I've been watching this webcam every day, including today. I walk away for a couple of hours this afternoon and when I come back all the stalls are up! Thanks for the screen grabs of the time I missed.

Everything is done, seems like they’re just waiting to commission it.

You can see 2 concrete footings that are probably for lighting. I'd assume that they'd put those in before opening it. Still - pretty close!

Just from looking at the webcam, it still needs installation of the 2 lamp posts (on those round, concrete pedestals between the chargers), the parking lot lines repainted, and hopefully wheel stops put in. Plus any potential back-end work that we can't see in webcam, like utility transformer install/hook-up. But we haven't seen any pics of the back-end hardware to see if everything's already there yet.
