This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

A productive day, but unfortunately I got shut out at the service center near Munich. Only 2 stalls, both in use with no driver or anyone else present, despite it being 4pm on a weekday. I didn't press hard. I suppose I could have tried to hunt down an employee and asked them to move one

I thought there was something wrong the the spelling as I was typing it - I was actually thinking to myself 'I never realized there was a Stanford in CT until just now' Even worse, I see I spelled it wrong two different ways. My mother will be rolling in her grave!

This post provides documentation and explanation of changes to the Tableau leaderboard based on conversations in the Superchargers visited 3.0 thread.

Summary: The consensus view is the game should focus on continents while leaving a global leaderboard for dynamic filtering and to retain a global view for those interested. For North America, the decision was to only track Canada and USA because it is just too dangerous to take a $100k into Mexico and we don't want to incentivize that level of risk. Mexico remains in the global view for those interested in extreme adventure. As such, Tableau has been updated as follows:

The default landing page now takes you to the North America Leaderboard, which @Bighorn leads. Then there are leaderboards for:

• Europe: led by "Elon Bear", which is actually a virtual competitor comprised of several drivers. That account has not been active in over a year. @PLUS EV is rapidly climbing the ranks there.
• Asia: One competitor, The RosieHeart.

These continent-based leaderboards can be filtered by competitor, "Hails from", and Days since active but you cannot change which countries are shown.

Leaderboard remains the global leaderboard. @PLUS EV is now the global leader. This leaderboard's visit counts are dynamically calculated so the visualization can be sliced and diced anyway we want and the counts will dynamically update. As we've mentioned before, there is an odd gremlin in the system where this dynamic count can be off by one or two in a few circumstances. We will eventually figure out why and fix it but I feel that small gremlin is worth it so we can have a dynamically adjusting leaderboard.

You now have a map. Here is a direct URL for you to bookmark. Per our standard practice, we show permit (light grey), construction (orange), and superchargers you've yet to visit (red). I've zoomed the default map view to focus on the western USA.

Some pointers regarding the map

1. Use the "Cameron A Status" filter to toggle different elements on or off. For instance, you can flip the view to see the locations you've actually visited, color-coded by year of visit.
2. Mouse over a dot to see a tooltip with information about that supercharger location.
3. Click on a dot get a detail view that presents a link to the TMC discussion thread.
4. Your Leaderboard entry now links through to your map. Just click to go to the map.
5. There is another tab called Show Your Trip where you can select your handle (deselect everyone else's) and set the start/stop for the Visit Dates. You'll be shown a list of superchargers you notched during that time window.
6. If you ever want to know what the supercharger landscape looked like at a given date, use the Superchargers Open by Date tab. Pick the most recent "Open Date" you want to see and the map will show all locations opened on or before that date.

If you want any changes to your default view, just let me know.
