More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

You mean because of potholes or what?
I wish it was just potholes. Entire stretches of streets for miles that were litterly rubble, particularly in the curb lane. Miles of freeway with huge continous sharp ruts between lanes. Major arteries that have been ground up and left with 6 inch manhole risers in the middle of the lanes. Glad i didn't switch over to my 21's.

Yes, today it is listed as a temporary closure. Yesterday it had the usual lightning bolt icon, but then when you clicked on it, it said 8 out of 8 stalls out of service. It's possible, I didn't notice that fact until I got there due to the lightning bolt icon and lack of temporary closure warning notification, but based on the thread, it looks like it probably went out of service some time yesterday.
@PLUS EV - are you planning to visit Superchargers in New Jersey? If so, I might try to meet you at Basking Ridge for example, depending on the timing. Your Glympse sharing doesn't show your destinations, or maybe I'm not using it properly.

I decided to leave the northeast out of this trip. Densely populated, lots of virus, and lots of restrictions. I will hopefully save it for my Transcanada trip. Also, I need to be home by the end of the month because I'm moving so I had to cut something out. Anyways, Virginia is as far north as I am going on the east coast, and even there I am avoiding the DC metro area. I am going to try to hit all the Midwestern superchargers on my map though.

It's probably me who is not using Glympse properly. I guess I'll toy around with it and try to set a destination. But what do you do if you are going to 7 superchargers in a day or whatever?

Rolling Meadows 2 (Are we really counting this one?)
I think someone else also brought this up. Seems clear to me that this is is an expansion, not a new site.

That seems reasonable without Darren here to litigate it. It is on the spreadsheet and the Tableau map as a separate entity for now, so I’ve checked the box and included it for now.

I think people usually put their “final” destination, what that means is different depending on the trip :)

I would put the place where I intend to stop for some hours. That way in pre-Covid times other participants can suggest a meetup.

Okay got it. I'll just be listing my final supercharger of the day as a destination from now on. Of course, I often won't be going there in a straight line and I may or may not make it that far (or I may go further!). For those who really want to know what path I am taking, you can view this and then look at my "Not Yet Visited" map on Tableau and probably figure out exactly what path I'm taking.
