More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

You'll definitely learn a lot about what's going on on that drive. Hopefully you aren't throttled. That would be super disappointing on a Raven.
Unfortunately, no. I have to set the defaults for everyone. I could easily turn off construction from the default view (just like closed and permit are turned off by default) and anyone wanting to see them would be able to turn them on with two taps. What's the sense of the group?

Hide ‘em.

Well I know I am an ass about jumping’ in the car the second a new NorCal SuC shows up on Supercharge.info’s RSS feed. My retirement hobby. Today I was at the cabin when Stockton showed up which is mostly on the way home. So disappointed when I got there and saw:

no lights. Ah well. Adding it to my big road trip that starts Wednesday. I had already saved Lincoln for that trip, now Lincoln will be the second stop.

Thanks for doing this huge update. I prefer hiding construction as well.

Okay, I found a way to do it with the URL string but the consensus seems to be to hide the locations under construction, so that is now the default. Anyone who wants to see permit or construction locations can simply enable them from the drop-down.

I'm going to leave the Global Leaderboard as the default landing page. Here is a direct link to the NA Leaderboard for those who feel that is all they want to see.

Finished up the return trip.

General observations on the 2300+ mile trip
- The cargo pod was worth it's weight in gold
- A lot of the SpC's were not set up well for towing/bike racks/etc (in my case, the aforementioned hitch-mounted cargo pod)
- Pull-in stalls are frequently the ONLY stall in use (and almost always by someone who doesn't "need" the pull-in feature.)
- The family did NOT find the SpC game nearly as interesting as I did :)
- Doing 15 in one day gave me an appreciation for those who have logged 20+/day... it was a grind!

Thanks for the heads up on pull in needs. My wife prefers them, but we will stop using them routinely, unless it is the only one left unpaired.

My observations could have been a "regional" thing, or just total random luck of what I experienced this trip. I personally hadn't thought about it before either, so I don't blame anyone who uses them. (While I prefer people to always be considerate, I consider SpC's very-much "first come, first served.")

At no time was I ever NOT able to charge due to someone else in a pull-in. I just needed the family to jump out and help guide me into a typical back-in spot. The usual bogey we had to avoid was a parking sign, or a tall cement curb... not an actual SpC stall.

Or as many of my pictures clearly show, I parked across stalls. We never left the car un-attended, so no one was inconvenienced by what we did either. A couple of back-in side-stalls did the trick as well.

@theflyer I prefer seeing a default of not yet visited && under construction.

Not that I can’t click a setting and go against the will of the people. ;)
No problem. Bookmark and save this URL. It will turn on construction too. Make sure to delete your other saved bookmark or rename it so it is easy to pick the correct URL from your bookmarks.

All, if you want to see construction as well, append the following to your existing URL:

If you always want to see it this way, I would recommend updating your saved bookmark for your map

18 Oct: Brunswick GA (515)

Same observations today of 107 kW or so max charge rate at two V3 superchargers and with battery charge state as low as 25%. I'll just keep watching it. Doing a lot of driving over the next couple days to get from Jacksonville FL to Tucson AZ.

19 Oct:
Jacksonville - West FL (516)
Valdosta GA (517)
Panama City Beach FL (518)
Greenville AL (519)

Called Tesla on the charging issue. Over-the-air check while supercharging at V3 (Valdosta GA) that another Model X was getting 130+ kW and I was getting 102 kW claims battery and charging circuity are all OK. Suggested I start a service request. HHHmmmmmm.

Incidentally this is the same lyric that goes through my head when I'm trying to clear California for the umpteenth time.
