A total of 453 Tesla's registered in NSW as at the end of September 2016. That is a 50 car increase from last quarter.

There are 894 passenger electric vehicles (excluding motorcycles and other categories) now registered in NSW, with Tesla making up just over half of that number.

I believe that those 2 are probably Hyundai demonstrators as opposed to private registrations as well?

Given that even the staunch Hydrogen supporters such as Toyota seem to have softened their position I don't expect it to take off any time soon. Counter intuitively it will probably only be once EVs have a noticeable share of the market that the oil companies will push Hydrogen hard (to keep their eager line up of addicts, sorry customers, coming in for their next fix).

Total Tesla NSW registrations up to end of Q1 2017 is 618. That is an increase of 119 cars since Q4 2016.

There are now more Teslas in NSW than Aston Martins.

Also 146 new EV registrations in Q1 with 138 being tesla. Good result for q1 with 225 tesla new registrations for all of 2016. Looks like X is popular.

There are now a total of 760 Teslas registered in NSW. That is an increase of 142 since previous quarter!

Thinking how useful the ute would be here on our cattle property. Happy to do testing of Tesla ute or small trucks anytime. A Tesla semi would replace our Western Star favourably too.
