It could be the Powerwall v2. But I doubt it. They won't be shipping for several months yet, so there's no hurry. If we get all hyped up and it turns out to be Powerwall v2 then I'll be disappointed.

For large powerwall or power rack installations with municipalities, large govts, etc the paperwork and budgeting alone might take months. It could be the Powerwall v2. But I doubt it. They won't be shipping for several months yet, so there's no hurry.
Or it could be Tesla announcing the acquisition of SpaceX and plans for combining the expertise of all three companies to build solar powered rockets with onboard battery packs to provide additional power during first stage ascent. It could be hovering Teslas powered by Em Drives which Elon pretends the EM stands for Elon Musk.
Stock spikes 1.5% on the tweet.... Thanks Elon!
Me too. I would have expected "Tesla Upgrade" otherwise. But who knows?"Tesla product announcement" - sounds non-vehicle to me...
+1I'm guessing 'just' 100kWh batteries, perhaps in a 'all new 90s are software-upgradable' package. If there's anything to do with Autopilot, I would imagine we'd see an event of some sort. Maybe new hardware announcement for upcoming features, but I don't see them announcing any actual features for Autopilot without a bigger event.
I'm going for something Tesla Energy related. Let's say a Tesla inverter to be used with solar and Powerwall, which will aid in bolstering the case for the SolarCity merger.
