Right now a 200kwh pack would be over 2,500lbs. They have to be counting on a density improvement for the new Roadster.

Yeah the normal 7% per year average with 1.5+ years, it'll be denser. But it's also giving up a lot of interior space compared to the model 3.

I'm saying it isn't OMG where will it fit, and it isn't OMG it takes half the space.

It'll be denser but it'll also be heavy.

3 motors in a roadster vs the 1 motor in the old roadster. It's going to need space for motors, cooling, additional pack space and so on.
