False alarm! Can't activate it via the app (error below). In the car, the option isn't visible.
Wow… 404 is the “page not found” error in HTTP, clearly a command from the car to the Tesla API failed for some reason.

Working fine with me. (Sorry about that!) Perhaps 404 error could be phone app to server rather than car to server? Is the App up to date?Wow… 404 is the “page not found” error in HTTP, clearly a command from the car to the Tesla API failed for some reason.
Yes. Also, I noticed in the notes that the improvements for DC charging now apply worldwide whereas before, Australia was excluded. Maybe JOLT will not now need the ridiculous battery heating? Was that from 40.4.1?
I have never had a problem with car WiFi connections. Downloads have always been fairly rapid. I have a mesh network with multiple UniFi Access Points, including one in the garage (therefore near the car) but even when the car (rarely) connects to one of those further away, things still work properly. My internet is NBN 50/20Mbps.
I don't believe its just you. For the most part I have had rather solid connection to wifi and also LTE, however in the last half a year i have had about half the updates that have random dropouts in LTE and also issues with wifi not connecting unless manually selected to connect and sometimes needing car reboot. Then next update usually fixes it until another update breaks it. I suspect they are tweaking some settings and sometimes those settings don't play nice with the wifi or even LTE towers. Thanks all
Must be my connection or my car
Always downloaded and connected ok prior to recent updates but no so of lately
Ahh well it will download when it ready to do so.
There is no way to turn off the wipers in autopilot.I can’t be in TACC without auto wipers on, stupidly, because the moron vehicle wants to dry scrub/scratch the windshield on a cloud-free dry sunny day. Please tell me there’s a way to turn off the wipers!
I thought forced auto high beam would be bad but now this too. Ugh.
Pretty sure at least one of the .40 versions is defined as a recall, so Tesla will eventually force itaway from 2022.20.8. I’ll keep my radar, manual high beam, manual wipers, and follow distance of 1… Thank you very much.
… I have 2022.40.7
Yep. The list of feature regressions from Tesla lately is hard to fathom. I don’t understand what‘s going on at that company…Reading through this thread doesn’t give me confidence in upgrading away from 2022.20.8. I’ll keep my radar, manual high beam, manual wipers, and follow distance of 1… Thank you very much.
very oddI just went from 2022.40.4.2 to 2022.44.2 tonight, I cant see anything new / different
