Folks,

Thursday's Close was $679.00 and Friday's Low was $611.52

If any trading occurred at the following share price on Friday, that would have triggered the curcuit breaker again (ironically, already in effect on Friday for all the good it did):

$679 - 10% = $611.10

Jus' sayin'. That's how close we got to triggering the "Uptick Rule" again for today: 42 cents

Looks like Shortzes walked right up to the line w/o crossing it... but there is no manipulation of TSLA, right? :p

Cheers!
Mr Dodger,
I am completely ignorant of any of the laws/rules you have discussed concerning market manipulation (Illegal or not). I can understand from your word choice, grammar, and syntax that you strongly believe that some sector of the market is acting in bad faith and is breaking the laws of the American Stock Market. And from what I can discern you see it as visible to everyone with a common knowledge of those laws.
Now that has me thinking that the people doing this are aware of their actions but the position they are in is worse than them being brought to justice for their criminal(?) acts. If that is true I see the silver lining. Could this be their last ditch effort to recover some of their money before they no longer have even a remote chance of breaking even? Or can they continue to play this game that I barely have an inkling of what they are doing?
I hope your efforts are rewarding either way.

Given the height of the trunk door, a button seems a necessity:

Can anyone tell if this is powered? - gas strut here:

That thick strut on the right looks much the same as the powered one on my Model S. Not a thin gas strut.

Has anyone else pointed this out? If so, I missed it:

------------
Furthermore, the end of the incentive has pushed many buyers to place orders last year, which boosted sales last quarter and contributed to an anticipated slow down in deliveries in Q1 2020.

However, sources familiar with Tesla’s US sales told Electrek that the automaker’s management has given its North American sales team roughly the same delivery goal as the previous quarter.

They are reporting strong demand in the first quarter and sources attribute it, at least partly, to the Cybertruck unveiling in November of last year.

This would explain why they seem to have stopped sending more RO-ROs,this quarter, accepting longer wait times in Europe and China (the latter of course due to GF3 as well).

If it's a Cali car, it should have plates on the front. I don't see any, and thus I'd bet it's still manufacturer's plates, and not a personal car.
No, not really. It is a requirement that is rarely enforced.
I have been driving almost 2 years without a license plate in the front. Most Model 3s are the same. The front license plate doesn't look good, and we Californians are vain about looks!

It would no longer be called a Jet because it is nicknamed after a jet engine. Maybe called a E-plane! Big ones could designated an E-(insert plane designation number)-heavy.
"Jets" are streams of gasses. For instance, the Sun expels "jets" of gas... and it not a turbine engine.

So, although gas turbine engines have been nick-named "jets", they aren't the only method of propelling a jet of gasses out the back, pushing the engine forward. An electrically powered turbine could do the same.

Car registrations in Norway for February 2020.

11.2 % diesel cars down from 16.8 % in february 2019.
9.7 % petrol cars down from 18.8 % in february 2019. Not including hybrids.

More than 50% of the California Tesla's have no plates on the front. Even cars many years old. The car looks better without a plate. The police generally don't care. In my city, for instance, if I get a ticket, I can either show them I mounted the plate, or mail in $20. In the 8 years since my first Tesla, and with no plate on front, I have one ticket: $20. I still have no front plate.

weird. in VA, you would get a ticket within about 5 minutes of driving without a front plate.

Haha, all the Cali Tesla people swarmed on that post. xD

I'm also from Cali, and half of my cars had plates in the front during the time I resided there. I did, in fact, get a ticket for not having it once, before I left the state for military duties.

I would just have assumed that a car purchased from a dealer would have had plates automatically installed in the front. My mother has purchased many cars from dealers, and they've always come like that. I only purchased from a dealer in VA, so I can't say from personal experience.

The only way a pilot can remotely pilot a jet fighter in real time combat missions is with fast, low latency network connections. Starlink. Watch for deal with Air Force and Starlink for big $$$$ if they buy into the story. Mars funding secured...

That's not the only way. In many cases a fleet of remote piloted aircraft could be controlled via line of sight communications to/from an aircraft that is operating in air space controlled by own forces, basically an AWACS type of aircraft (potentially also unmanned).

Think how many committees this decision would have gone through in a different company.

Elon just took the advice of his team, took a quick squiz at the plot, double checked the transportation capacity and announced it on the same day. Any company without a strong founder just can't move that fast.

Add in a cooperative/fast moving board.

No Investment of this size can be approved just on Elon’s say-so.

The discussion about a Model Y event March 14th. My guess is Tesla is putting together a "video event" or planning an audience free event. Imagine how the situation in the USA has changed in one week. March 14th is 2 weeks from now. Planning an event and expecting fans to show up may very likely be a complete flop. It is very possible 2 weeks from now, ain't nobody going nowhere. Do any of us want Elon to be at any sizeable event?

In my case, my daughter of 14 years, an 8th grader. My wife a school teacher. I suggested last Monday that they stay out of school right then and there. Just stay home a month, call in sick, really, what's she going to learn in a month, she is 14 and already smarter than I am. So, here we are, 14 year old now is 3 days, with a fever, cough, and running nose. My wife and I following in her lead. I am usually one who relishes in being able to say "I told you so!", I wish I was wrong this time.

The front license plate holder provided by Tesla comes with double sided tape. The delivery specialist told us that it was up to us if we wanted to install the front plate holder. If we decide not to, usually no one gets a ticket for that. If we ever get a ticket, it will be a 'fix-it' ticket, which means no fine if we show we fixed the mistake. So, if we get a ticket, we can mount the front license plate with the double sided tape and remove it later if we wish. So the license plate and holder lives in my trunk. There are detailed discussions on-line on how to ensure the glue does not mess up the front of the car and the best way to clean it off. ;)
