If I was a gambling man I'd say they've snuck the last of the Q3 cars that they built but couldn't get shipped on any available vessels, and that the next big batch will come in a few weeks later on a chartered ship that will load in the near future. But that is a wild guess haha.

Yes ordered blue M3LR on 26th August and just let the wheels turn Tonight at 6 pm got a text saying Tesla update your Model 3 is ready to be scheduled for delivery Please select your preferred date and time within 1 day of receiving this message Then a link containing RN order number , clicked through and collection booked for Trafford Centre lots of appts available So ship must be on it’s way !
When did you order and what spec? I ordered the 5th Sept for a standard M3LR and had nothing yet. I will be looking a Newcastle pick up as well.
