finally got my VIN today ...
17XXX ..

if you guys are financing it .. send a mail to [email protected] and they added someone who gave me VIN number in 2 hours with MVPA once I showed I have auto loan approval.. they are prioritizing based on cash payments/ documents ready.. if you are financing and put bank details and nothing after .. it will held for a while. this is a good way to prioritize the VIN assignment . if you have your delivery specialist email id than mail him directly ..

Yeah, I agree - thanks for the tip! I just emailed them. We have the exact same order, both w pick-up from Fremont, and mine is from June 2019 so even earlier than yours I believe, so there's no reason why mine would be delayed other than the financing (I got 1.99% 36 months from my CU, so no reason to pay cash or go through Tesla...)

Try it it should work ... or worst case get the delivery specialist email id .. that is more important for this to work ..

Went by the bank to square away financing today, 1.74% for a 72 month loan! Yes please. I was pumped so I went by the service center which was close by as well.

As I got there they had lots of cars, mostly White and Silver Model Ys. They were in the process of unloading and there was a Black Model Y on the truck EXACTLY like the one I ordered, I thought maybe could this be my car?! Well no, it wasn't, it was one that was manufactured on 6/15/2020, somehow they teleported this car from Fremont, CA to Charlotte in 3 days?

The car they unloaded was 16XXX VIN and my car is 14XXX VIN.

So where is my car!? Also I wonder now if my car REALLY was manufactured on 6/16/20 and maybe it's en-route, I would have never thought they could get a car from CA to NC in 3 days.

Lucky! Waiting on mine too. Picking up from Bellevue. Talked with my TA today and he said I should be getting my vin within the next few days... aggghhh the anticipation is killing me!

The delivery center contacted me and said they’re trying to move people up to Friday if the vehicle arrives before then because Saturday is supposed to be packed. What’s your build? Will keep an eye out!

When I got that text, it only had 1 day as an option. I selected a time, and then was contacted and hour or two later to move it up a day!
