You’ll probably get the MYP sooner.

But if you wait too long to change, then it’ll delay it that much longer.

I'm in Los Angeles, and placed a new order (MYP red/black but no tow) on 02/03 and it didn't update until 02/09 with the date range. So it seems it takes about a week to process; thinking you will get it soon but not sure if optioning tow will affect date range.

FWIW, my friend ordered 2/3 and got his first updated/precise EDD on 2/12. So it may take over a week for them to give you your EDD. Only difference is his was LR and yours is P.

I ordered on 2/9. Same setup without tow. Other brothers who in similar boat said he was told by Tesla SA that there is a chance we will get it by the end of March

Thinking about switching to a MYP for the extra $4k but doubt I’ll get it earlier.

My OD is 1/22. Switched to MYP 2/3. Got VIN 2/16. They want me to schedule delivery… so now I’m in a rush to get the trade-in and financing done.

So… yeah, got MYP quicker… but no telling if you switch now.

PS, when it was MYLR 7 seater, it was 4/2-5/14. Changed to MYLR5 and EDD changed to 3/3-3/31. After change to MYP EDD changed to 2/23-3/23 on Valentine’s Day.

I ordered 1/26, switched to MYP on 2/12 and on 2/13 it pushed EDD to April/May. Now I hope it’s a lag on my MYLR vs the MYP date but we will see in the next few days
