What Swag did Tesla give you at delivery?

The truck driver asked if there was a swag bag in the car. I said no, he said I will tell them so they can send you one.
They didn't.
I don't have leather key fob holders either.
Our sales rep promised to give us two shirts at delivery. I emailed him a few days before the scheduled delivery and reminded him. He didn't respond to my email. I emailed the manager who I originally dealt with and he said he was sorry that the promised shirts didn't come. He said he would mail them. He didn't.
I had heard really good things about Tesla customer service. These guys have me worried about what I am in store for.
Empty promises (like we are overnighting your badge and hope to have it installed before delivery).

You appear calmer than I could ever be. I'd be gunning it down 93 and showing up with my Tesla grin as a stark reminder of those empty promises. Sadly the front line is failing. I'll mail you some swag......really!!!!!

Damn it, bad timing, the shirts did just arrive via FedEx. But that isn't delivery swag, that is stuff we got our salesman to promise and had to nag to get.
I email about the badge and get auto reply saying "I'm super busy". Call Dedham and I get voicemail only option.
I am frustrated at the inability to get action undertaken when there is a problem.

The badge issue should be able to be resolved by Tesla Service. You can call them and schedule an appointment to have it installed (if they have the part). Congrats on your Tesla!

Shirt progress!!! its a start.
Thats it just I'm super busy? Yes they are, but so am i and you and many others. thats pathetic. i think you need to take a toad trip to MA and put an end to the silliness. i hope they hire some experience in management soon.......the front line is way out of their league and over their cute heads.

Just got off the phone for my 75D badge update. I was most annoyed that I was gonna have to drive 3 hrs roundtrip for something they screwed up. They confirmed since they blew it they are going to send a ranger when the badges arrive. I assume one will make it someday so I will just be patient till then.
Our shirts were made in Peru, that's in the Americas!

Tesla is in the end of the quarter rush right now. When I picked up my car on June 6, the Portland service center had cars everywhere and truckloads of new ones coming in. This might be their biggest quarter to date, so the delivery people are probably running around like one armed paper hangers. Tesla should have people they could slot into temp delivery specialists when things get crazy, but it doesn't appear they do.

I would expect they will be more responsive in early July when things calm down. From about July 15 to August 15 there will be very few deliveries in the US. The first two weeks of July will probably just be slop over from the end of the quarter.

As for swag we got an umbrella, mug, and a label pin. The mug is not dishwasher safe, which I find unfortunate. Around here hand washing just doesn't get done and everything in regular circulation now is dishwasher safe. The mug has been sitting on the counter three weeks with the care instructions sitting in it.

Giving a Northwesterner an umbrella is a very Californian thing to do. It's an odd thing for a climate that has wet winters, but I don't know anyone around here who uses an umbrella. Seattle and Portland are the same way. We now have 3 umbrellas and an umbrella urn by the door, all given to us by Californians. Two have never been opened. We had a 4th, but it got damaged somehow and we got rid of it.

I would have liked to get a tire repair kit, that's about the only swag I really wanted.

Basically describes exactly where I am at. The delivery team at tesla in CA emailed me to take delivery June 29 or June 30 but not a single word from my delivery specialist. In fact my delivery specialist has been MIA since day one. Very poor experience thus far...

Just a word about the tire repair kit. Am in the process of researching air compressors and such to expand my roadside/safety gear. Found out from an SvC that for the kit Tesla still sells, a) there were no easily found PSI or CFM numbers and, more of concern, b) there's no replacement for the can of slime. Once it's used, that's it. This was termed a "design flaw".

So... fortunately there are several portable compressor options at Amazon, to which one can just add a few cans of slime administered the old-fashioned way and call it a day.

Am still debating jacks to use if I want to manage my own tire rotations or to have better access to a tire for coring/plugging as possible.

One thing I will add is a set of hockey pucks just in case I end up at some repair shop somewhere that doesn't have any. There's a great image in the online manual that can be clipped/printed/stuffed in the glovebox to show the unfamiliar how to not damage the battery.

That leaves... Let's see... A breaker bar, proper socket, pair of gloves, vice grips, torque wrench, plug/coring kit, knee pads, and ale.

Oh yeah - swag-wise, there were two nice red microfiber scarves on the seats. Nice touch and useful as it was the day after Christmas at the factory and not exactly warm outside.

Rec'd 2 mugs, umbrellas, pens, pins, owner hats, shirts and sleeves of golf balls w/ball markers. One tire kit along with body and wheel touch up paint was in the trunk. Thankfully neither paint was used.

The leather key fobs are my favorite and I would hope they are standard for all deliveries.

Whoa, they loaded you up! That's fantastic. I feel sort of silly wearing my tesla polo when in the car... when I'm wearing it and NOT in my car everyone thinks I work for Tesla!
