Tesla is in the end of the quarter rush right now. When I picked up my car on June 6, the Portland service center had cars everywhere and truckloads of new ones coming in. This might be their biggest quarter to date, so the delivery people are probably running around like one armed paper hangers. Tesla should have people they could slot into temp delivery specialists when things get crazy, but it doesn't appear they do.
I would expect they will be more responsive in early July when things calm down. From about July 15 to August 15 there will be very few deliveries in the US. The first two weeks of July will probably just be slop over from the end of the quarter.
As for swag we got an umbrella, mug, and a label pin. The mug is not dishwasher safe, which I find unfortunate. Around here hand washing just doesn't get done and everything in regular circulation now is dishwasher safe. The mug has been sitting on the counter three weeks with the care instructions sitting in it.
Giving a Northwesterner an umbrella is a very Californian thing to do. It's an odd thing for a climate that has wet winters, but I don't know anyone around here who uses an umbrella. Seattle and Portland are the same way. We now have 3 umbrellas and an umbrella urn by the door, all given to us by Californians. Two have never been opened. We had a 4th, but it got damaged somehow and we got rid of it.
I would have liked to get a tire repair kit, that's about the only swag I really wanted.
