No there were definitely LR/Ps made, shipped and delivered in Q1, just a disproportionate number to RWD. Indeed may well be for planning reasons as noted by Maximillan.

I’d recommend you have a talk with your SA. I have a LR order 7/12 and have been advised there have been issues with the batch this quarter and they have greatly underproduced cars. I, along with many others, have been bumped to Q2. Deliveries in each quarter happen in the mid-late second month...

We have a current model X3 xDrive30i and love it. Owned two BMWs prior 2002 316ti and 2016 118i. Had one of the first ones that came out in 2018 (late 2017 model). For a young family it’s a great car and fun to drive for a little SUV. Really nothing bad to say about it and have had pretty good...

Are there any thoughts or comments as to whether the 7 seat model will be available here in Aus? From memory when I clicked around a few weeks ago these were only available in the US?

I can also confirm that I was contacted by my SA today and confirmed I would have Ryzen. He did allude to some other new features too but i didnt ask about them as frankly they arent show-stoppers for me.

Yes the suggestion that I would want to delay ad nauseum because I might want vented seats etc, is not reasonable... There really is no other bell or whistle they could add that would make me consider delaying apart from the MCU.

True, but these cars are not made in Shanghai, and most of the cars on this list would have been made in 2021... I am not sure how transferable this is to this current cohort of waiters whose cars are going to be made in Shanghai, and almost certainly made in 2022.

If our cars have been made this quarter I will still hold some hope that Ryzen is included... I wouldn't delay due to seat coolers but would consider it over Ryzen. Anyway hopefully we will find out soon regardless :)

Let’s wait and see what we get told once the Shanghai VINs are released this month. I suspect they might have a few cancellations on their hands if Intel chips are still being sent…
