They found that the most recent update jammed the cars systems and took out the MCU. I had my car towed in and they said (after a few hours) NO CHARGE. I will pick it back up this week. Just give them a call. It might be able to be reset remotely.

I had your problem with my P90D and Tesla came out to the house and tested things. They said the 12 V battery was going out and they replaced it. Of course I still get some drain but much less after a new 12 V battery was installed. This was done under warrantee. Scott

19's but if you must 20's. I had a side blowout also on the 21's. In So. CA. it is mostly good weather. I would not put 21's in poor weather. They look great but not worth the risk in your area, unless it is a summer car :) JMO

I was told that one of the controllers inside the battery was giving high impedance warnings. The whole battery was not bad but they are still going to do a full replacement.

I would simply take it into Tesla and ask them. I felt my car was losing way too many miles. I took it into Tesla and they calculated it (I think from new) and told me I had a battery problem. They are replacing the battery now.
