I went from a family of 3 and S to Y and X … I do agree the suv are exaggerated. The sedans are awesome

The front and back screen is pretty useless. The back can watch Netflix and YouTube but it takes over the entire audio system. Noise cancelling never seem to work. Mine is always calibrating.

I agree, the crash ratio is misleading; because I avoided the crash. But primarily, they shouldn’t had been there the first place. Have I seen it response well to dangerous encounter? Yes but not at the ratio they are putting out. Also, I am pretty sure they are changing the configuration...

I would buy a relatively recent Y with FSD, considering the FSD don't have much value in the used market. I agree with you though, it would be hard for me to buy another car that can't take me home after work. Just seems backward to drive an entire trip.

As a head of product professionally, FSD’s capabilities and progress ain’t fake. It takes a lot of faith for a company to release such a beta and progress on feedbacks. This type of feedback loop is impossible to achieve politically in a company and often career limiting.

For me, more 90% are lane errors. The problem is it doesn’t remember what lanes to go into. So if there mild traffic and lane signs are obstructed, it makes very bad decision.

I have been enjoying fsdb so far. But I agree, I don’t think they want to sell it at all. The pricing is all whacked. If fsd did work, I will not be surprised if they stop selling cars and every car coming out of the factory are immediately taxis.

Never done this in procedure in a 2016 model S as it was perfectly fine. Simply slam on the brake every now and then to use them.

I don’t think FSD will ever be successful at mimicking how we drive. Firstly, we all drive differently and we all have different expectation. The likely outcome is FSD learns and develops a new way to drive that may or may not be similar to our style. But it will surely be safer.

Exactly this.. The only way you are getting there is to have the bravery and confidence to release frequently AND accept feedbacks. Some of you may not think that is credible but most companies spin internally and never get anything done.

In my 3 years experience of waiting, if you are within weeks of the next release, you are either in the beta queue or not. Nothing you do will change that.

The loan is open, you can just do a lump sum anytime you want. Your monthly and interest rate stays the same. But your duration will be shorter
