Happiness comes to those who wait-for-unknowable-lengths-of-timeHaha! We'll revisit this in July and see how angry or not everyone is at me... Hopefully we're all happy while rapidly accelerating.
Have you noticed any colour transfer on the seats? e.g. denim. Did you treat them with 'leather' conditioner at all?Seats are holding up well after 9 weeks yesterday
I'm in warm central Queensland, and I'm curious about differences in range in either colder climates or warmer climates like mine. The video confused me somewhat. Anyone with local experiences to clarify? ... and even more relevant to the local wet weather atm, is effect of rain and heavy rain on range.Ok so he's Norwegian hypermiling, but he does show what kind of range is possible.
On the Model 3 Facebook group it has long been apparent that the Queenslanders get noticeably lower average Wh/km (ie better efficiency) than those from say Victoria. The gap may have narrowed since the heat pump replaced the resistive heating, though.I'm in warm central Queensland, and I'm curious about differences in range in either colder climates or warmer climates like mine. I’ll just be happy when mine arrives. It’s out of my control, so I’ll just keep watching and reading stuff hereHaha! We'll revisit this in July and see how angry or not everyone is at me... Hopefully we're all happy while rapidly accelerating.
Meaning more than likely it'll be on the Turandot to hit that rangeAfter Hoopyfrood posted, I emailed my SA too.
Mine responded with
Here's hoping.

Possibly the Clara, but that'd be pushing well into June factoring in offloading / PD etc.
No issues with the seats at all yet, but I haven’t worn denim in them (no jeans that fit anymore ). I did treat them with Gyeon Q2 Leathershield, although I don’t think I applied the product very well anyway.Have you noticed any colour transfer on the seats? e.g. denim. What was it before?waiting time now has been changed to 9-12 months.
So probably Q1 2023 (Feb/March deliveries).waiting time now has been changed to 9-12 months.
I ordered my LR on 01/02, also in Perth. For a mid June delivery, the cars would have to be on the Turandot, departing Shanghai on 02/05. ETA Perth 06/06.I ordered on 6 Feb (Perth) and my SA reckons we're looking at mid-June delivery still notwithstanding the lockdown. I'm not sure how that's possible given Perth gets everything last, but I'm still crossing my fingers.
Just spoke to my SA. He’s very confident there is a large batch of VIN allocations very imminent.
Absolutely. But I’m really trying to not go crazy yet. Whilst its a good sign, I do somewhat take it with a grain of salt. Can’t believe this actually gets me excited…
Mid June (being code for mid to late June usually) would be the usual Morning Clara, yeah?I ordered my LR on 01/02, also in Perth. For a mid June delivery, the cars would have to be on the Turandot, departing Shanghai on 02/05. ETA Perth 06/06.
