Auto wipers no longer mandatory when using AP?

I used this yesterday. If you do autopilot or FSD, it will switch it to Auto, however you can set it to off and it will stay off.

I'm on 2024.20.1 I think it restarted this horrible practice after the free FSD month. Everytime I activate auto-steer it defaults to auto wipers ON. I have turned them off during auto-steer and they re-engage when I activate auto-steer again.

That's normal... it's been like that for a long time. It used to not let you turn it off during the autopilot drive, now it does.
