This is my order too. I'm in Livermore. I drive by the Fremont Factory everyday and see truck loads of Teslas, mostly m3. I really thought my location would give me an advantage and I'd get mine sooner. This doesn't seem to be the case. I haven't heard anything yet.UPDATE: I received a call from Tesla (Las Vegas number) this morning letting me know that I'm scheduled for delivery in a few weeks. They also emailed me my vin (66,0xx) !
MSM, AWD (non-P), black seats, aeros, EAP
I suspect they don't get fewer calls, rather the calls are now "how do I schedule my appointment?" instead of "what is my VIN?".I guess they are trying to decrease the call volume. This should help some. Looks like now you have to schedule an appointment before you get a VIN assigned.
I think that's because we have far more orders per square mile, but not proportionally better delivery bandwidth. Reservation dates seems to move faster in places with presumably lower order density. Each location sort of has its own line, but what differs is the size of technology line. Optimal load of all centers just reveals disparities in demand. This is my order too. I'm in Livermore. I'm not bitter, I know I'll have mine soon enough. Just sharing why I'm siding with the magic 8 ball theory. Congrats to all you lucky people getting yours.
I'm seeing the same website update.I guess they are trying to decrease the call volume. This should help some. Looks like now you have to schedule an appointment before you get a VIN assigned.

Now I'm starting to get concerned. My screen updated and I have the Overview graphic today. I only have Order checked. It seems Prepare for Delivery should be checked as well since I provided that information two months ago.

I'm predicting this change will cause even more phone calls from all of those who provided their information months ago.
I did have a small correction four weeks ago where I indicated the birthdate needed to be changed from 7/28 to 7/21. Sadly, that very tiny change appears to have left me and many others in limbo. I don't know why they don't allow us to just correct the data ourselves instead of having to wait a month or more (way longer than the initial 48 hours) for a Delivery specialist to change it.
Does anyone who provided their information months ago but have a correction have Prepare for Delivery checked?
Looks like I will be calling and trying the executive escalation today...
Mine looks just like yours - similar circumstances. Been waiting for what seems like an eternity.Does anyone who provided their information months ago but have a correction have Prepare for Delivery checked?

3/31/16 - in-person reservation
6/27/18 - configured Model 3 AWD, Blue/Black, Aero Wheels (will turn into my winter set)
7/26/18 - first ISA contact
7/27/18 - VIN assigned, delivery date scheduled
8/14/18 - delivery date

No trade-in. Paying cash. No edit link since 7/19. I submitted the correction on 7/20. I should be at the Prepare for Delivery stage...or they should have an extra stage for "Delivery Specialist is reviewing your changes..." after the Prepare for Delivery stage. When you say you are at the Prepare for Delivery stage, is it checked or unchecked for you?Are you financing or do you have a trade-in? Those paying cash with no trade-in (like me) do not have the edit link, and therefore are at the “Prepare for Delivery” stage. I think all this means is that I don’t have anything to do until I schedule my appointment whereas those who finance or have a trade-in eventually need to provide additional information. Also I don’t believe I am closer to delivery than any of you because my reservation wasn’t until 1/18/17 and order was on 6/28/18....well after most.

Owner, reserved 3/31/16, ordered 6/26/18, corrected registration 7/20/18 and have heard nothing and it looks like I'm stuck in limbo since they don't have me in the Prepare for Delivery stage and there's no way for me to submit additional information. I've seen at least 3 non-owners who reserved later than I did and ordered after I did who have the exact same configuration and they have already been scheduled for delivery.

I just submitted an Executive Escalation, FWIW. I'm hoping they just need to update their site so that the people who made corrections will show up as having Prepare for Delivery checked and maybe have a new "Delivery Specialist is reviewing your changes" status. It's such an easy fix to make. I'm just hoping that their DB queries are only wrong on this page and that our orders aren't really stuck in limbo.Interesting. Sorry to hear that. My Prepare for Delivery circle is checked. Given all your information, I definitely would think that yours should be too. Just when I thought I had Tesla’s system figured out, another curveball gets thrown in. I would call them, but you may have already done that.
