Well, I bit on the email that offered the Premium White interior update, and so will have to wait a bit of extra time for delivery. I had to call Customer Support because the Edit link that the Tesla email promised would be on my account's management page, wasn't. A nice Vehicle Specialist told me that they were having trouble updating all of the account pages and sent me a letter that allowe3d me to specify the new white. I filled it out, set it back to her and she replied to let me know that she'd received my request and had sent it on to the factory. Hope the delay isn't too long, but I really prefer the white for temperature control and because it looks appropriately futuristic. My wife tells everyone that I'm buying a hybrid: half electric car, half spaceship
I thanked the VS for her cheerfulness, knowledge, and her willingness to admit when she didn't know and research the answer for me, which she did. She sounded grateful for the acknowledgement. I think they must have a rough job. Treat them well and our world will be a better place.
