I didn't receive an email notification, but I too am able to command online now. Canadian owner, reserved during the first few minutes online.

Just received my email invite. Model S owner in Montreal, reserved 31/3 online. 72000$ with autopilot!!

Also 840$ a month for 96 months @ 4.25%. Delivery in 4 to 8 weeks.
I'll wait for AWD, still says mid 2018.

Wow, that was unexpected. Got my invitation today with 4-8 weeks ETA for First Production. Owner, reserved November 2016.
Have two M3's to configure. Now I need to decide what to do with them since I have been upsold to Model X that I am getting next week.
I still have two other Model S, one listed for sale yesterday. I am guessing that would be too many Teslas to keep.

Any ideas?
