Are they wearing gloves which are changed after each transaction, and constantly wipe all surfaces they touch? That's not even a guarantee, just the bare minimum needed to even begin to avoid potentially transferring from all the people who's money, credit cards, and cups they touched before handing you your Covid Cup each day. Brew it at home.My Starbucks Drive-thru is my one piece of normalcy in my life right now and I do appreciate that they are there even if for only a hot coffee in the morning.
Our local Peet’s is not, although they’ve switched to take-out only.
No gloves, no masks. Seems like a small thing to ask of food service and other workers exposed to the public given we are shutting down most other businesses.
Brew it at home.
Thank you. I shall attempt to levitate in vacuum for two months.Until one of the baristas gets sick and hands out SARS-CoV-2 with every cup that comes out of the drive-through.
Sure but there weren't tests available in any sort of volume. We really should have been testing absolutely everyone from the very beginning.
NY just ordered all non essential business to shut down. Not sure for how long, but this could put a lot of people out of business. Hopefully my business can survive this shut down. This will end up destroying a lot of jobs.

I'm not sure it is worth the hassle, but if I was really keen on a cup of starbucks I wouldAre they wearing gloves which are changed after each transaction, and constantly wipe all surfaces they touch? But, no. I can’t touch the bag at Costco, because the person that stocked it, you know. /sTrivia - Kirkland (Costco) coffee is Starbucks beans. Grind the beans, and you might actually like the taste better. We do. If you're pimpin' use a Jura machine.

13k cases so far. I'm surprised NJ hasn't taken similar precautions. Next week or two might be another group of states like Illinois and Florida?
Our inventory is pre-Apocalypse. We buy a flat at a time. We use a lot of coffee though. But, no. I can’t touch the bag at Costco, because the person that stocked it, you know. /s
I would do that if I could actually stand to drink coffee.I roast coffee at home as well - green beans have a long shelf life and that allows me to have the freshest coffee on hand.
