When I look, I see a lot of MSM color demo ones in inventory, Guess they have to move them out since that color is not available anymore.

Delivery scheduled for November 17!
So 75 days from order date of 9/3 until SDD. Range was Sept-Oct when order placed so they are running about 15 days behind schedule—though I wonder if the switch to Stealth Grey held mine up.
Please post pictures when you get it as I am thinking of switching to stealth grey, thanks
So I didn't do anything with my order yet and just got texted to take delivery either Thursday or Friday of this week (no other dates offered). Guessing I can text them now and ask for vacation hold and they will throw my car to the next person in line or put it in inventory?
I’m guessing we’ll be seeing a plethora of stealth gray next quarter as they’ll want to show off the new color just as they did with ultra red

I don't think I am seeing a pattern of them boosting the effort to push the X and S cars out to book the sales for this year.

I agree. If it’s about numbers, it’s the 3 and Y. They are built much faster and sell much easier.

I found a demo vehicle in my area with the exact specs I ordered so I drove over to check it out. It had minor interior cosmetic issues due to being a demo vehicle but everything else looked pretty good so I transferred the VIN to my account (also can't complain about -$2,260 off list price). I'm taking delivery tomorrow. I went with FedChoice as well (ty to whoever introduced me to it in this thread!) for the 3.99% floor rate and they're finalizing the loan now.

FedChoice will basically pay you to borrow from them. If you were planning to pay cash for the car, put it in their 11 month CD with 5.25% and borrow from them at 4%.
I think you actually come out behind doing that, as you pay income taxes on the whole 5.25%.
That's a good point, forgot about the income tax on it. There are hopefully better/riskier higher return investments to park the cash anyways
