I don’t see any UI update in my Model S either. Who the hell is getting these UI updates?
All I got is Audible that I don’t use
Cars with modern CPUs.
It’s now downloading a Nav update after installing 2024.14.9 and going to the Software tab.
My Model Y has Intel, Model S has Ryzen.
Is there another CPU/GPU out there? Is the Spring Update only for 2024 model cars?
Your Model Y still gets a lot of the updates, just not the UI while parked. I'm pretty sure you still get the new full screen FSD view with the map in the upper right corner, the trip progress bar, and most of the other features.

I don’t think model s and x get the same visual enhancements as 3 and y. I have two ryzen vehicles 16gb ram and the visual enhancements are on the binnacle display not the interactive center display.
None of what you mentioned, just the trip progress bar.

Your MS will get the full features, just not the Matrix Headlight Support.

TBH, I don't know anyone on this thread that would notice anything that you post, and identify it as strange or unusual.

Installing 2024.14.9 now. I was hoping to get V12.4.x before my Las Vegas trip in 3 weeks. Guess it isn't happening now.
It mentions Ultra-Wideband Phone Key and gives steps to update it from the App, but it doesn’t show up in the App unless you force close it and re-open. Just an FYI for those updating to 2024.14.9 right now.

Did you enable the new FSD view in the Autopilot menu? Have you shifted into drive and made the visualization full screen? (I could be wrong, but I was sure people with Intel based cars said that they got the new full screen view.)
