Is any MCU1 car actually on FSD Beta yet?

After many months since the last beta upgrade for MCU1 (2022.8.10.10), I finally got an update today for 2022.8.10.15
I'm getting that update right now but I couldn't find anything about it on Google so we'll see what it is.

Edit - still no FSD :/

Mine just got the 2022.8.10.16 update as well… isn’t it so wonderful to be a year behind with no FSD ever coming for us MCU1 cars. I will be contacting a lawyer regarding suing Tesla for $15k for their false advertising FSD…. How do you start a class action lawsuit? It’s obvious they have no interest in providing FSD to us!

I live in AZ and contacted my attorney general's office. I would advice everyone else to do the same thing. Someone has to put pressure on them. This is a complete fraud.

Also recommend looking up Matsko v Tesla and joining the class action lawsuit.

Here are my letters to attorney general if anyone wants them as a template.

Here is the attorney leading class action lawsuit Joseph W. Cotchett

I guess I was one of the lucky few that got the FSD beta on MCU1 early this year, but I lost it after taking the car to a Service Center to have the eMMC recall work done. I was super annoyed when I picked up the car and learned they had upgraded the firmware to a version without FSD. That FSD beta was DEFINITELY not ready for primetime, but it was also undeniably a really good glimpse into what will happen some day. It was fun to use it while we had it. As many have said in other threads, it did feel like the car was being driven by a timid (or, drunk?) teenager.

But, ngl... I am increasingly frustrated by the realization that FSD is simply not going to happen with our MCU1 computers and truly feel that Tesla should be forced to do free upgrade to MCU2 if they can't deliver FSD on MCU1. At this point, how many MCU1 cars with FSD paid for are still out there? If I had to guess, I would think the number is rather small. And, to make this bitter pill even harder to swallow, the infotainment upgrade was bumped up in price earlier this year, so I am now even more annoyed with myself for not having pulled the trigger on this option back in the beginning of the year.
