This is crazy. None of this is acceptable. I hope that you are compensated with a new vehicle or full refund.
I tend to agree - but no one at Tesla is going to make a single concession without me hitting Oregon's lemon law limit.
And I am darn close now, depending on how the out-of-service days are calculated.
I can't tell you today I'd want anything other than a refund at this point. I admit being somewhat of a beta-tester was understood when I signed on, but I certainly didn't expect my car to spend more than 20% of my ownership time in the shop.
