LR RWD Waiting Room

Came here thanks to the thread over on Reddit stating LR RWD has been canceled. I don't have a VIN yet.

Glad to see VINs are showing up today. When I talked to my delivery specialist yesterday, he gave me the impression VINs are released each morning. But from reading this thread, it seems like they are added throughout the day?

FWIW: I ordered 6/4. Black/Black. 18" Aero. AP, no FSD.

Same order and date as you. If my RWD order comes this week, that would be awesome. It looks like everyone who got VINS are 19 inch, so hoping that they will also make 18 inch.

I would like to get my car quick, but I'd be just fine waiting for 18s. I ordered exactly what I wanted, ya know?

From what people said on here, the first people who got their VIN had it show up last night. So it might be all day, but we'll see today I guess, if no one else hears until tonight/tomorrow morning.

This matches the batch of vins posted in this thread. Must be extra.

Order 6/3. LR RWD, White/white, 18".

No VIN till 4 PM yesterday, soon after talked to sales rep - very helpful one. As of then, small inventory with 18", most had issues, some were in Canada. They were late March/early April builds. So changed my order to Black/Black LR AWD 18", they immediately matched a VIN. Got a delivery date by late evening. No mention of June builds from the conversation.

I just checked the Tampa, FL Tesla site and where as there had been no inventory for weeks, now there are 16 M3s listed with 4 being LR RWD.

All the LR trims are AWD in Tampa on Tesla's site. They wouldn't post LR RWD models as existing inventory since you can't configure them on their website, otherwise I'd have my car by now. Only RWD trims are in SR+.

Once they run a batch of LR RWD models they will most likely produce extra ones and distribute them across the country for inventory.

There are 2 LR RWD in inventory in West Palm. Both are 19 inch. From what I've seen, everyone on this page who have been matched have been 19 inch. Is there anyone who ordered 18inch wheels been matched yet?

There is a LR RWD white/white 19” wheels in inventory in Santa Barbara. That’s a really nice color combo and hard to find. I bet it will be gone within the next hour.

I thought they would never do this as well. I guess their wrong. The LR RWD filter is an option now (none in my area, but still)
