My sales adviser just texted me to “schedule a service appointment through the app” and has not responded to any of my follow-ups or questions since.

The earliest the app has is Monday. If I was picking it up at the center and could have refused delivery for a repair I would have and I bet they’d have started work on it tomorrow. So frustrating

Canadian deliveries are coming from China, where they apparently have no issue building white seats!

Took delivery -- they brought the car to my place -- very happy with the way it drives and the sound system. But a little concerned about the passenger door -- the window seems to not be snugly against the car frame and there's a gap where the door itself isn't as flush with the vehicle as the rest of the doors.

Is this something I should get fixed ASAP? Should I return the car in this 2 day grace period or whatever and order a new one? Or am I being nuts and do these problems not even exist really? View attachment 1028090

The service department can fix that super fast. Don’t be bummed. It’s an easy fix for them.

Delivery was cool...the red is freakin gorgeous especially with the nova wheels.... makes it stand out... car had panel gaps, told SA, he says it is what it is, they have gotten better but its still not perfect...
compare the front door which is fine versus the back one, also the back bumper which is fine to the upper trunk

This is awesome, very happy for you, I ordered an awd/red/white interior 1/10 and my EDD is April 13 - May 18.
