Model 3 Performance/Ludicrous Waiting Room

Pulled wheels and removed ugly ass aero inserts. Light polish to get scuffs off. Gave wheels/calipers a good cleaning. Will do Gtechniq’s wheel armor another day.

She goes in for full car xpel and tints. Scheduling conflicts on my end mean I won’t see it for 2 weeks. 😢
Unpopular opinion. The inserts look better than the half baked solution with the 1/4 aero on every other wheel. I'm waiting for some super clean solution. Though, I don't know what that is.

So what is typically recommended for drying your car?

Historically I have used those shammy towels that feel kind of rubbery that soak up water and you ring them out and use them over again.

Although I have seen a lot of people mentioning microfiber towels? are these superior? What’s the pros vs cons?
The rubber things are terrible. Microfiber isn't absorbent as a cloth designed for drying. Amazon car drying towel. I use the Chemical guys now. Needs washed and dried first though. Much lint without that.
