I sure hope that was VIN 1187. Still no word to us Sig holders in Canada on VINs or specific delivery dates.

Colinb, I sure hope they thought about that before now... if not TM would have pretty poor marketing and legal departments. Translating in French, Spanish or else should be pretty easy.

Strange that it is taking so long. I wonder how much of that is related to the fact that you are in Manitoba and not near a Tesla centre.

I'm guessing there are still a couple of items they are discussing with Transport Canada, probably location of stickers or something silly like that. They had said they were still in back & forth discussions with TC a couple of weeks ago, anyway.

No, having a VIN doesn't necessarily mean it's done, but it does probably mean that they are at least building it. I suspect many Canadian Sigs are already finished. Shipping them here is another issue...
Tesla hopes to get them all delivered this month, but it really looks like they'll have to do them all in a couple of weeks! Could be a challenge.

They appear to enjoy those sorts of things, something about successfully building an EV from scratch...
