Call up Tesla and try to get a delivery appointment scheduled. That way you'll have a hard date you can rely on. But give the PPF place a few days window, just in case there are any shipping delays.

You're not alone. I believe you're the 11th person reporting this here. It affects at least 2000 vehicles. The update was scheduled to release last night. Give them a call and see if they can get you scheduled again. I'm waiting to hear back from my DA shortly as well.

Ah, well if you already paid them, they certainly should be providing updates. My pet theory is they don't have a good setup for readily pulling that info from the car, hence their reluctance to provide it. It's just laziness, simple as that.

Have you tried contacting Tesla via phone or email? Since you don't have any features that would seem to delay your order, you might have some success just bugging them a lot. Squeaky wheel gets the oil!
