Looks like yours sped up... they must have done a small batch of Black. Hoping ours will be before the 8th.

EOL is Wednesday the 5th!
Delivery is tight but supposed to be on schedule still for Thursday the 6th. :)

One day for delivery from LA to Portland. Seems pretty tight, and no room for hiccups. Assumes car has no issues coming off the line of course.

That would explain why my car isn't registering on the app just yet.

I'm taking Thursday and Friday off, hoping all goes well.

EDIT: App is now enabled.

Sound like it might be a little exciting but congrats on the early delivery...

2 weeks ago - delivery sched for 6/15, early this week - production moved up to deliver 6/8, call yesterday 9 am - my car just rolled in the service center. Excited and happy, but totally off guard - don't have th check ready, the hpwc wasn't shipped to me yet, no toll transponder... Trial by fire!

Talked with my DES, so far so good. Everything is still on track for Thursday delivery.
He sent my MVPA over, signed and back to them. Then later this afternoon my account now shows the "PAY NOW" button. I'll be working with my bank to shuffle some funds tomorrow, and then will execute via online "debit". Biggest debit transaction I'll likely ever execute! Well except maybe a Model X in the near distant future. ;)

Hmm... based on an e-mail this afternoon, ours is supposedly done and they are just awaiting the final paperwork and check that we FedEx'd today to Tesla HQ. I asked when the local DS would confirm final delivery (currently estimated 6/8) and was told that once they have the check/paperwork, the local DS (Chris) would contact me for delivery. Given they will have everything Monday, maybe ours will be put on the same truck as yours. Wasn't yours supposed to be delivered Sunday initially?

Chris contacted me the same day they received the loan check and the paperwork for the temp CA registration (which had Sun June 2 dates on it). Car was released for shipment that day (Thurs May 30), and delivery scheduled for Wed June 5. But I received a call from the shipping company yesterday (Mon) and the car will be delivered today. I'm tied up this morning, so they are bringing it by after 1pm...

The communication on the delivery has not been great and is a bit frustrating given I see other people that have their date/time a few weeks in advance... I had to call Mike B yesterday to confirm they received the check/paperwork yesterday morning. He said Chris would be contacting me about the final delivery date/time but it should be delivered in 2-3 business days (Thu or Fri). Still haven't heard from Chris but Mike said to let him know this afternoon if I still have not been contacted. We also want to get the tint scheduled as soon as possible but that is difficult with not having a real date. Hope your delivery goes smoothly and congrats!

It is interesting how the process differes between people. I've not spoken to a delivery specialist, my product specialist handled scheduling the delivery, paperwork, and payment.
My delivery range is June 21 - July 5 and I have not been contacted to schedule my delivery date, paperwork and so on. I'm not worried, though. I think that is left up to the local office so it not surprising that people in different locations have varying experiences. Growing pains, no doubt.

Given that we live in a State (AZ) where they can't be sold, the process is different as the car is delivered by a third party and the local DS will be there to help but actually can't accept payment. As a result, we also had to pay in advance prior to shipment vs. other people can provide the final payment upon delivery. Would have been nice to have the e-mails all spell that out without us having to ask for clarification but were just a standard e-mail template based on the normal delivery process vs. what we have.

Oh well, it will soon be here but would still like to know exactly when...

Well we have confirmed a 6/8 date from our local DS... still crossing our fingers for something earlier but I guess we will just plan on Sat and be pleasantly surprised if it is earlier.

Just scheduled a delivery date of 6/21 for convenience with the Service Center but told it was not guaranteed. Date range is 6/17-7/1 and traveling quite a bit the last part of the range. Anyone have experience delaying by a week or two once the final date is determined?

I don't think that would be any problem. If I remember correctly, you have 30 days to pick up per the MVPA.

I am a former Tesla Roadster owner. I sold it after owning it for about two years. It just wasn't practical with 3 kids so I still had a gas car at the same time.

I just ordered my Model S last weekend on June 2nd. I finalized the order on June 3rd with my option selection.
They just gave me a delivery window of July 10th to July 20th.

85 kwh battery, black with tan leather, lacewood, tech package, etc.

Hey guys, new future owner here. Just want to share some of my dates.

Reservation Date: 5/21
Finalize Date: 6/3
Delivery Date: 6/22

Is it me or are they able to build the car in 15 working days now? Is their production line getting faster or are their less cars in the pipeline now? I was expecting 2-3 months but its more like 3-4 weeks at this point. I wonder if anyone else is get this quick turnaround. Either way, its good news for me.

My car specs: 60wh, basic white, black roof, black leather, tech package, air suspension, supercharger

Congrats. Did they assign you a VIN?
