First time I've seen the grey in the wild - Love it! Should have my baby within the next 2 weeks - congrats on your new toy?

heh heh heh

just did some test ride hot laps w/ 0-85-0's and hard curves in the wet.
wet braking awesome

heh heh heh so much fun.

Sorry to be OT but I would have been happy even waiting 6 months more - or more! because it is so so awesome!

The colors are all awesome and each one looks better in certain light than others The grey is a perfect match to the wheels but usually didn't look like it was in the pictures I saw. Now I want to keep my 21"s and maybe get a set of 19"s for tire life in the summer - sounds backwards but I think the 21" rubber is awesome in wet and I hope they wear a little slower with a reduced coefficient of friction

Pic from my DS. On my way to pick it up tonight. It will be dark when I get there, so more pics tomorrow.

@ Ceilidh, can't wait to see pictures of yours, as it will look the same as mine (grey/grey/piano/19") below the roof (no pano for me). The grey I saw at Newport was beautiful.

More than happy to post once I get it. Apparently now that will be last week of Jan or 1st week of Feb for me with the mid sized battery.

Cheers

PS--You have good taste :)

That's my config. Lighting makes so much difference. In the first picture, with the visible side in the shade, I regret my choice of the grey wheels and the grey paint color underwhelms me. In pictures 2 and 3, they look fantastic and I'm happy with my choice again.

Bi-polar color disorder..."it's great!", "ah, that's crap", "ooh, shiny!"

P#130 Performance/Brown/Tan/Carbon Fiber/85W/21" Silver Wheels to be delivered to Arizona with delivery window 12/9-12/23. Finally! Just got the email. Looks like Telsa has financing available through both Wells Fargo and B of A. Also asked if I wanted the factory to install a front license plate holder (no for Arizona). Can't Wait!

Not sure if question has been posed before, but do people tip the delivery specialist? What's a good amount to tip?

In my opinion its not about money, its about respect.

Our Delivery Specialist is a friend of ours. We look forward to treating him to lunch this Thursday after our Model S delivered. If he's not on the road delivering countless vehicles we hope he'll be able to attend our delivery party later on the weekend.

These guys are working their butts off and I know the vast majority of us treat their delivery specialists with respect. Nevertheless, there are a few folks who are a little too OCD and need to chill out a bit and say to themselves, "Its only a car."

Its good you've asked the question. My suggestion would be to do what you would do if a personal friend was making the delivery.
