Well, for a car I don't have yet, I sure am out a lot of money! Just completed payment... Now I just want the darned car!

Good news for anyone expecting delivery on Burbank ca, they just received a truckload of model s' for prep. I saw a white and a silver face-lift being off loaded!

I have a white car being delivered to Burbank, but I doubt its mine...too soon and I havent heard anything from my DS.

Picked my car up yesterday, then sat in traffic for two hours because it's construction season here in Minnesota. There is no better car to be stuck in traffic in, though! And then grinned the entire way to work this morning... Just a phenomenal car. Could not be happier with the entire process!

Received my "Your Model S has entered production" email on April 28. My DS told me yesterday that it should arrive Vegas June 1-4.

Mine entered production on 4/28. It was completed on 5/2. Since 5/2, it has been in the "transit from the factory" process. I am scheduled for pick up on Tuesday, 5/25. I am on the East Coast.

Spoke to DS. Train with my car should get to Illinois by midweek next week. So delivery looks like just after Memorial Day given prep time and holiday.

Sad Face that means I won't see my car possibly till the 2nd week of June. Some Model S buyers here got lucky I think and got onto some trucks carrying Model Xs just after mine got loaded onto the train. Those arrived this week.

Is your delivery date really 5 weeks after production started? I just got my production email today and I'm also in Las Vegas (Summerlin). I was thinking the car will be here in a about 2 weeks. Is your DS Lynda?

Yes, Lynda is my DS but she hasn't been the most responsive contact at the showroom. The sales specialists have been much more helpful. I have no idea what's causing the long delivery time since I've gotten a different story each week.

So far, not please with the entire experience at all. Probably worse than the haggling we had to do with the Merc/BMW dealerships.
The communication with the DS is bad at best. I only sent two emails to my DS and both times he took more than 48 hours to get back to me.
90D VIN 1384XXX pushed to June - Early July delivery.
Ordered early April and requested mid June delivery hoping that we would get the car in mid June when we get back from the month long trip to Europe, but that seems to be out of the question. I guess we'll have to rent a car for a month now when we get back.

It's a shame to hear people are having a less than great experience with their service centers. The one here in Minnesota was amazing to work with - I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. I wish everyone were having the same experience!

No, I was so petrified someone was going to hit me, I just sort of hyperventilated all the way home... Not my finest (two) hours...

However, come tomorrow, I shall be learning all I can about what this amazing car has to offer

It came with the car... I don't even know what the frame says on it (shameful)... but here in MN, front plates are mandatory so I am just really glad the refresh got the new plate holder that leaves no trace should you remove it!
