Had the same call from Tesla today asking if I wanted to switch from CF to ebony wood. I liked the CF in my old Model S and heck, I've waited this long, what's another 5-6 months?I had the same call and decided to wait as well. as hard as it is to wait.
How can you? Don’t you have a life? But I check my page for a VIN every day too lol
Protip: auto refresh plugin for chrome set to every 10 seconds and your order/overview page shrunk down to fit in the bottom corner of your screen, where it is just constantly updating. How can you? Don’t you have any life?

I check every minute or so.
Nice to see!
Your Plaid is "en route " ?
Are you from Qc? What is your RN # and color choice?
Mine is LR black/white RN1147 or in april at Qc center. August was blank 2 week ago.
That's what I was thinking alsoIt helps a lot if you buy another Tesla to hold you over…I’m ok with waiting to August for CF and hopefully a few kinks worked out
Mine took about 18-22 hours. From about 1PM till 10:30AM the next day.For people who switched from CF to wood, how long till your account screen reflected it?
Thanks
It’s all I can do to keep up with this thread! Quite irritating actuallyHow can you? Don’t you have a life?

Indirectly. I the set the seta to "auto" then the car will decide went to turn go the fan or the heater based on the temp you set, so if you set the car to cool, it should also turn on the seat fans. How long does it take tesla to update once you make a change to your car ?

100% agree on this. I think he painted himself into a corner and is trying to get out--he should just own it. Useful measurement is about both accuracy and consistency. If the industry standard practice is 1-ft rollout, then as long as it is disclosed and everyone uses the same thing, who cares? Bitching about it and holding one company to a different standard is disingenuous at best.I usually enjoy Engineering Explain's videos, but this time, I thought his thumbnail was total BS, and he was seemingly pointing a finger at Tesla for doing what literally ALL other carmakers do. For example, the new Dodge Super Stock is supposed to run a 3.25 second 0-60, and a 1/4 mile in 10.5 seconds. Is it able to accomplish those stats on unprepped asphalt? NO. You'd be lucky to get a 0-60 in the mid 4s, and a mid 12-13 second 1/4 mile. So saying Tesla failed when the Plaid BEAT Tesla's estimates is total crap. Even the lower trap speed is most likely due to the 163mph speed limiter starting to kick in.
(Rant over lol)
The sources I have seen discuss this have stated that the rear seats are perforated, but not mechanically ventilated.I was told today the rear seats, although ventilated, have no fan. I do not think that is correct.
