I think it will be worth it. Actually two Teslas sharing one 40 amp charger. Both being delivered same day. It will be interesting because I know of at least three other people in our garage that want Teslas.

First challenge is there's no more amperage in the building so no more chargers until Con Ed can put more power in (8 months at best)

A major worry is also the width, I can't tell if the specs have changed, but if they are 86" wide with mirrors open or 77 with mirrors folded, it's going to be a nightmare in there. The cars are parked between fixed columns with inches to spare and it seems like the Tesla is very wiiiiiiide.

We shall see.

What part of Philly are you in?

Wow. Different problems than is here for sure! I am in Bucks county closer to Trenton than Philly.

I parked in NYC before but was lucky enough to be near a good garage with a charger (Roosevelt Hospital).

Last Friday my DS said they were working on prepping my car, and that he was trying to schedule a third party for delivery to my house, since getting to the service center 3-4 hours away was going to be difficult for me. I was planning on the car being delivered today or tomorrow. Friday night I got a huge surprise. A woman from the shipping company called and asked if I would be available for delivery Saturday or Sunday! I said I'd be home all day Saturday, and she seemed happy to be able to make the delivery then. So here it is!!! (I hope this works. My first picture post.)

A peek in the side door, a third MC red and a grey. All straight from the factory headed to Canada.
