NEMA 14-50 outlet install and tax credit?

Have a tax credit question, I am getting a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed today. Does that only make me eligible for the IRS form 8911 30% tax credit or do I also need to have an ev charger installed as well?

I just read in another posting that we are, hopefully it's true :

Yes you qualify, you should claim all parts/labor/everything. If you bought a new extension cord, any adapters you bought for charging, etc. Get creative and maximize it.

Question: Is this the same form I would use for a solar system install for the house? If so, if I claim the tax credit for the EV charger install this year, can I still claim a credit for a solar install the following year?
