Like Mr. @McHoffa I got my VIN this morning as well.
non-owner, WA State, 2/22 Config, Red/Aero Config, 3/10 VIN 721x

So happy. Now waiting for a nice call from a certain someone special.
My ISA is out of office since at least yesterday. Her auto responder says to contact her supervisor. He also has an auto responder saying he’s out of the office!

Hopefully I don’t have to wait until Monday for my Delivery Specialist

Um, this is a distrusting trend. I was trying to get in touch with mine a couple weeks ago, and he said he was out of the office for a week o_O

Did you call them rather than waiting to be called? Have others done this and was it effective? I figured that it would be madness there if everyone who gets a VIN also calls in. I'll gladly do it if this does help. I assume that some folks are working on a Saturday but I cannot assume that everyone is as well. Maybe this is their crunch time and they do work weekends at the end of the quarter.

I’ve gotten mine on the phone twice by calling somewhat relentlessly. I’ve found it’s rare that they call you back in a timely manner, if at all.

While I was typing a response, my DS called and we worked through the issue. Sounds like I'm going to take delivery in the next 3 weeks. No definite delivery date has been set. She is going to call back next week with those details.

I’ll give them a week to reach me. If I don’t hear anything by Wednesday I’ll consider calling. I’m sure they’re dealing with many of us calling incessantly asking for info. I’ll let them do their job and reach out to me when they’re ready.

Congrats. Maybe yours will be riding up north with mine.
That would be awesome. Did you get a date yet? My DS told me today that it may be as much as 3 weeks. For me that takes it to 3/31. I'm taking my daughter back to OSU on 3/30 so I told them that and she made a note in my records. My daughter so wants to see it before she goes back to school.

I believe I will have all financing done by early this week so they can take my money as soon as they can get it here. I have to figure the easier we make it, the sooner they can deliver the cars.

I cannot imagine coordinating specific cars loaded onto trucks and shipped to various locations. I have to imagine those cars are already on trucks heading up north to specific delivery centers and they just assign those VINs to the people who want those configurations. Assuming this, why would it take 3 weeks to deliver a vehicle to a waiting customer? If my paperwork/financing is all done by Tuesday of next week, I'd think they could receive the car, detail it, prepare any paper work at the Delivery Center and then get me in at the end of next week or early the following week. Maybe it is the line of people prepared to take delivery that would hold me up.

They told me it would next weekend when it arrives in Portland. I actually got to ride in one from an owner in Salem in mid January in red. I can send you pics if you want. Also I graduated from OSU college of pharmacy. Go beavs!

Most of them don’t work weekends from what I recall. So if my car gets to Alabama SE distribution center next weekend, my delivery specialist wouldn’t contact me about it till the following Monday.

My ISA was definitely working yesterday since they sent me an email at around 9:30 Pacific time last night. I replied back and also got an “out of office” auto reply saying they will be returning to the office today, Sunday the 11th. So at least some of them are working weekends at the moment.

I received my VIN on 3/7. By the night of 3/9 I hadn't heard from anyone so I called in. They told me that I had been assigned to an ISA person and they will reach out to them letting them know that I was interested in knowing the next steps. Within minutes we had a call and I was told my car is in transit and he will be reaching out next week with an update. I was hesitant to call because I thought they might be overwhelmed, but I am happy I did. I am just so excited to get the car.
