Yes, a few days ago they added the aero wheel/winter tire setup to the store. I imagine that's how they're planning to sell off the remaining unsold stock.
Snows not really going to stick to the rotors. There's only a fraction of a millimeter of clearance between the pads and the rotors, and once you're in motion both remain warm or hot to the touch. If snow happens to accumulate at rest, the pads clamp with such force that all the snow will be knocked off the very first time you hit the brakes, probably as you pull out of your parking spot.
The issue might better be expressed as "slushy salt water", rather than snow. And as you may know, you can drive this car without hitting the brakes for a very long time.
