Well with you guys spotting Teslas all over the place, I just wanted to register my official dissatisfaction of NOT spotting a Tesla in the Eastern Suburbs of Australia for donkeys years.

I've seen this one 4 times (one captured on crashcam as we were following it). Owner (Ian) was also showing car at the Melbourne EV Expo at Swinburne Uni on 19th April.

Believe that is the first hire car Tesla in NSW (and probably AU), they beat me by a few weeks...

I have heard of another group who operates hire cars purchasing two cars, however not seen HC plates on the cars at their depo.

A personal indulgence I know ! After almost 3 months as a Model S owner in Australia, I've not seen another one 'in the wild' ! So, having left Oz on holidays 11 days ago, spending that time in Las Vegas, Yellowstone NP, Seattle & Vancouver Is., today, at long last, spied a 'Sig Red' flash on Salt Spring Island, BC (too quick for a pic !). Local identity, Vger, I suspect.
