Took delivery of my SR+ in Vancouver yesterday, it indeed had a smaller frunk but I also got auto-dim side mirrors, which I thought they discontinued!

Congrats! I am picking mine up on Wednesday in Vancouver (Great Northern Way). How was the experience? Did you feel rushed? Any issues with your vehicle?

Wondering if the service center where I will be picking up my car has the ability/inventory to do the swap.

Not sure they can do this. But, you can certainly purchase the package. I believe it's $2k.

For anyone in Colorado, I spoke to an SA this morning, who said I should be getting a VIN later this week or early next week, and almost certainly getting the car itself by end of next week. Fingers crossed that's right!

Check your account for an MVPA document, lower right corner along with the lemon law, etc. If the document is there, it’s listed in there.

It has only been 2 weeks. I ordered mine on July 29th. Still haven’t gotten vin or mvpa. Anyone who gets theirs really soon after order ended up getting a car that was originally for someone else but gave it up for some reason.

09/09 (today): 1-2 weeks

Got this today -> "Tesla Update- We currently expect your Model 3 to be ready for delivery 4 - 11 days from today. Once your Model 3 starts moving towards your delivery center, we will reach out to schedule your delivery appointment"!

I also got an email 2 days from my SA to upload proof of my current insurance. However, I told him I am planning on using the Tesla Insurance.

Still, no VIN though

I'm right there with you, down in TX as well. Ordered 8/27...at the beginning of this week I had an estimated delivery window that ran thru today but disappeared within a day or two and now I'm back to 3-5 weeks from order date. Happened to a lot of other people here too, before the wave of text updates for West coast folks yesterday. My delivery specialist had said a VIN this week was possible but got no word after that...so seems like now I may be a last minute delivery at the end of the month, if I even make it within September. We shall see!

Now its back to 2-4 weeks after order date.

In TX as well. Same situation with delivery date of 3-6 weeks showing on account then disappearing only to show back up early this week. Today account changed to pay off remaining balance with MVPA available to view and lists estimated delivery sept 21-27.

Maybe they’re rerouting inventory given the hurricane(s) and all that...? I assume they try to dynamically adjust what they can to “check off” as many deliveries as possible (within logistical / cost constraints) for quarter end...

Just recieved my vin right now from my SA. Now all I gotta do is pay off the car with my bank and then im assuming a delivery date will be assigned.

Took delivery today in cherry hill NJ. Process was great, found a few small alignment issues (tail lights, door trim, front bumper) and was told they’ll fix all of it. No paint issues that i found.
