As I explained earlier in this thread, the new location will be in the adjacent Fleet Street garage. The Supercharger is moving because a hotel is getting built in the current Tesla lot. The move won't be complete until later this year - no time frame provided by National Harbor.

Source: I called the National Harbor parking office and spoke with the manager.

Work on the new site has started. Began a month ago.

12 urban stalls are going into the Fleet Garage. Cabinets are already installed on Level 2 near the Fleet Street entrance. Eight of the 12 charging posts will be along the garage wall by Fleet St., The other four posts will be near the entrance aisle.

Excellent. Urban stalls make more sense for this location, in my opinion, although I don't think 12 will be enough.
