Must be recent as of the last week they did these markings. I don't post all my findings here, but last week of Jan. there was nothing, so this is a good sign. Seems This and Ridgefield will be right next to each other for install timeframes.

This is weird. There are no Blackstone locate requests on file for city of Portland. Maybe Blackstone has marked where they want a locate request but they haven’t actually phoned it in to 811. Maybe we will see it pop up this coming week.

It seems plausible that this Target Opening (the only pin showing as coming soon in Portland area) is the Jantzen Beach location.

I took a photo but it didn't seem worth posting, because there was nothing there (I realize that this is not the exact location, which is a little closer to Home Depot). It's possible there were still markings on the ground, but it was raining heavily and I didn't have a ton of time to look around.

It should be the row of stalls against the street (N Pavilion I think) that separates the Home Depot parking lot from the parking lot where you were.

Yeah, again, there didn't seem to be anything at all happening in the area. No cones, no fences, no digging, nothing. It is possible I missed it, and it's also possible the markings are still there.

Looks like it should be to the right of the Tesla cabinets based on the middle picture in post #33. It doesn’t look like it’s there in your pictures but sometimes it’s hard to know for sure without a direct line of sight picture.
