FYI everyone, the Tesla nav and app has the pin for this supercharger in the wrong place. The nav has it on the west end of the Home Depot parking lot when it's actually accross the street from the east side of the HD lot.

Supercharge.info, Google and Plugshare all have it in the right place.

Haven't stopped by here yet but on my app i see flat rate n kinda high compared to the rest of Portland...
Any clue why? what makes this location different?..
