More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

If you don’t get any duds, you could do it without Minnesota. I forgot about Mackinaw City, too.
Definitely orphaning Mackinaw City. It's way out of the way and a bad time of year for that drive. Also, I plan on doing the MN and MI high points at some point and needless to say this isn't a good time of year for that. Also, I'd like to think the UP superchargers will get built eventually.

supercharge.info lists 996 open US superchargers. I'm just curious what the discrepancy is.
I think it is the way they count pairs.

It's looking like the 3 under construction back in my home state will be active shortly (they might already be, but we need some confirmation). The good news for me is this will make my trip home less arduous. At the very least I will be able to cut CA out of it, which is nice because I really don't like going back to the same area twice on the same trip. The bad news is my "dream" of hitting 1,000 US superchargers before supercharge.info does will be shot. I kinda knew this was a likely scenario as I was at the mercy of supercharger openings, and it's always sort of seemed like some people are trying to meet end of quarter, end of month (definitely end of year) deadlines with these supercharger openings.

As a bit of trivia, this will vault WA into 5th place among states in terms of active superchargers for the first time. This is likely a very temporary position as there will be no active permits or construction left in the state, so WA will most certainly get overtaken by NJ, VA, and/or PA in short order.

It's been more than a year since my last entry. Just wanted to post a short notice here so you don't remove me from the game. I'm just waiting for the travel restrictions to be lifted :)
Looks like about a dozen "firsts" just calling out to you in Norway!

We have archived a few people in the past, but still have all their visits so they can easily become active again.
Right now our criteria to consider archiving is no visits in 2 years, less than 100 superchargers visited, and no reply to direct message on TMC.

The closest ones to me is the latest version of chargers. I haven't upgraded my car yet, so I can only drive by them and not actually charge and get the "visited" approved. There are a few up north, so they will probably be on my todo list this summer if the international travel restrictions is still not lifted.

However I would rather do another Europe trip and get some serious numbers of new additions to my list.

After a small hiatus (since Aug and Nov 2020) I finally hit the road again for a short road trip or more like a dash (950 miles in 2 days of driving). My Dad and I visited the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum near Ft Wayne and then the National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton on the way home. Each Museum was spectacular and amazing and I even got to destination charge at the USAF location while there.

This trip allowed me to grab Chillicothe, Richmond, and Polaris so +3 to 706 and I've updated the spreadsheet. More importantly, this means I grabbed a new location just before the end of the Quarter. I've now missed just 2 Quarters since starting this game in mid-Feb 2016 (Q4 2019 & Q2 2020) and the 2020 timeframe can probably be excluded as travel was not recommended at that time.

I also passed the 150,000 mile mark with my car shortly before arriving home. I'm rather sad about the "distance since the new decade" of only 5,465 miles but hopefully this year will be a little more travel than last year.

I just missed catching up with @PLUS EV at the Dayton charger by a few hours but that's still fairly close given the scale of the country.

3/30/21: Santa Ysabel, CA (First)

Beautiful day and awesome drive through the twisties. So glad I brought the P!
Some of my favorite drives are in that area! I know all the backroads connecting the SD county casinos to the Palm Springs casinos :) The Santa Ysabel tribe has the dubious distinction of running one of the rare casinos to go out of business

I did a long (by my standards) day trip to pick up two First Day Superchargers:

854. New Milford, CT
855. Pedricktown (Northbound), NJ

New Milford & Pedricktown day trip.JPG

I drove 426 miles in 7 hours of driving and 55 minutes of Supercharging..

Note to @tes-s - the Google Sheet was incorrectly showing the SB Pedricktown, NJ as open - it's actually the NB. I've corrected that in the spreadsheet.

Note for anyone tackling Pedricktown, NB from the North. You have to do a turn-around from the NJTP, and it's a bit tricky, as the entrance back to the NJTP is not clearly signed. It's very easy to miss the sign and overshoot (I did) so then you think you can do a U-turn and head back to the entrance, except that puts you going the wrong way on a one way road (on a curve) - again, not clearly signed. You do get Wrong Way signs after you go around the curve, so you would have to do another U-turn and circle around again. You have been warned!!!!
